Retail Development Executive Junior

If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Sales team as a Retail Development Executive Jr. You’ll be responsible for delivering local (Colombia) execution plans through activities previously planned, achieving timely execution and results. This hybrid role is located in Bogotá, with the expectation to be in the office 2 days per week / 3 days at home office – subject to change. Travel required on a demand basis (punctual field visits, specific ad-hoc projects).

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Stores Execution: Coordinate promo campaign execution of POP while reporting execution KPIs.
- Multipacks Management: Execution of new codes in partnership with supply team (on packs, duo packs, inserts). Manage project execution and keep the project plan up to date to hold others accountable.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate current processes to ensure they are delivering intended results: ASAP optimization. Support and give recommendations on improving POP execution process with procurement. Execute new opportunities for promotions and premia, and coordinate implementation.
- Budget Control: Work effectively with brand building budget: good receipts, execution and activities control. Correct use of budget monthly, quarterly and annually. Follow up to PO, provisions, reclassifications, IDRS, Anaplan
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or Marketing.
- Entry level: 6 months to 1 year of working within a sales, marketing or sales support environment.
- Proven business acumen and strategic capability
- English proficiency
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and, leadership skills.
