Responsibilities
  • Sales and Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
    • Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Regularly communicate with clients to introduce new services and identify additional business opportunities.
    • Conduct periodic reviews with clients to assess their needs and ensure our services are meeting their expectations.
  • Lead Management:

    • Reconnect with inactive clients to revive business relationships and explore new opportunities.
    • Handle incoming leads promptly and effectively, ensuring a high conversion rate.
    • Qualify leads through detailed needs assessment and appropriate follow-up.
  • Client Support:

    • Assist current clients by addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that arise.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience and high retention rates.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests and projects are executed successfully.
  • Administrative Duties:

    • Enter and manage client information in our CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to provide insights into sales performance and pipeline status.
    • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.

Qualifications

  • Excellent command of English, both speaking and writing
  • A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated success in sales, supported by measurable results
  • Excellent teamwork skills

Preferable

  • Experience in selling website development and/or SEO services

What We Offer

  • A 5/2 work schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM CST
  • Competitive salary (range of $2,000 - $3,000 USD per month)
  • 20 working days of paid time off per annum
