Sobre el empleo 

La principal responsabilidad de este rol es brindar servicio a los clientes a través del trabajo de asesoría y detección de oportunidades, respondiendo en tiempo y calidad a las solicitudes y con un análisis profundo de las variables estratégicas para el negocio, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente con respuestas efectivas y de calidad basadas en las soluciones proporcionadas por NielsenIQ.

Responsabilidades

Maneja clientes complejos (con gran capacidad de compra). Desarrollo de análisis en busca de oportunidades/ amenazas para los negocios de los clientes. Responsable de la relación comercial con los clientes. Atiende a los diferentes. requisitos que tienen y necesitan. Como consultor define, ejecuta y hace seguimiento al plan de cuenta del cliente. Trabaja junto a los equipos de Revenue y Client Response (networking). Construir entregables de valor integrando los servicios que NielsenIQ contratados por el Cliente.  Construir el relacionamiento con los clientes materializando el valor agregado en KPI´S relacionados a satisfacción. Elaborar presentaciones de Valor y exponerlas a Key stakeholders de los clientes. Seguimiento de las solicitudes de servicio del cliente.  Detectar oportunidades comerciales a través de los análisis de valor que se prepare para tus clientes, buscando traer nuevos negocios a NIQ. Ejecutar actividades relacionadas con proyectos especiales para facilitar el desarrollo de nuevos productos y procesos que satisfagan las necesidades de la empresa y los clientes. Anticipará los riesgos potenciales en relación con la cuenta y señalará posibles soluciones al líder de la cuenta.

Qualifications

Buscamos una persona apasionada por el desarrollo de analíticos, con pensamiento estratégico y que tenga un excelente cumplimiento de objetivos a través de la satisfacción del cliente y el cuidado de su relación con ellos. Esta posición es para ti, si eres una persona analítica y tienes habilidades de ventas y comunicación efectiva, si te gusta estar en contacto con clientes y detectar sus necesidades, además, si te apasiona la innovación, podrás compartir ideas y soluciones a nuestros clientes de diferentes formas.

Requerimientos 

Profesional en carreras administrativas, Marketing, Ingeniería Comercial o Industrial, o afines. 2-4 años de experiencia en consumo masivo, empresas consultoras, minoristas, o afines. Conocimiento de la realidad del retail en el mercado colombiano y de plan comercial. Manejo y relacionamiento con clientes externos Capacidad para preparar presentaciones, comprender escenarios macroeconómicos Manejo de Office/Google y herramientas de CRM o de seguimiento comercial Inglés Intermedio
