El Analista Administrativo es un profesional clave que brinda apoyo administrativo directo a la alta dirección y juega un papel crucial en el funcionamiento eficiente de la oficina de gerencia. Este rol implica la gestión de tareas administrativas complejas y confidenciales, así como la coordinación de actividades clave para garantizar el éxito de las operaciones gerenciales.

Responsabilidades de su puesto...

  • Soporte a la Alta Dirección: Proporcionar apoyo administrativo directo a la gerencia, incluida la gestión de agendas, la preparación de documentos y presentaciones, y la coordinación de viajes y reuniones.
  • Gestión de la Comunicación: Facilitar la comunicación entre la alta dirección, los empleados y otros departamentos, asegurándose de que la información se transmita de manera oportuna y eficiente.
  • Coordinación de Proyectos Estratégicos: Colaborar con la alta dirección en la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos estratégicos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos y objetivos establecidos.
  • Gestión de la Información Confidencial: Manejar información confidencial y sensible de manera discreta y segura, garantizando la confidencialidad y el cumplimiento de las políticas de privacidad.
  • Organización de Eventos y Reuniones: Coordinar la logística de eventos especiales, conferencias, reuniones ejecutivas y visitas de clientes, asegurando que todos los detalles se manejen de manera eficiente.
  • Análisis y Reportes: Ayudar en la recopilación, análisis y presentación de datos e informes para respaldar la toma de decisiones estratégicas por parte de la alta dirección.
  • Gestión de Procesos Administrativos: Supervisar y mejorar los procesos administrativos existentes para aumentar la eficiencia y la productividad dentro del equipo de gerencia.
  • Apoyar y trabajar de la mano con People and culture con temas relacionados a seguridad y salud en el trabajo
  • Dar seguimiento a facturación de diferentes proyectos.

Competencias:

  • Pensamiento Estratégico: Capacidad para comprender la visión estratégica de la organización y contribuir a su logro a través de la ejecución eficiente de tareas y proyectos.

Educación y Experiencia:

  • Diploma de educación secundaria como mínimo; preferiblemente título universitario en administración de empresas.
  • Experiencia laboral relevante en roles administrativos, preferiblemente con exposición a la gestión ejecutiva.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de software de oficina como SAP y sistemas de gestión de información y herramientas de comunicación.

The Administrative Analyst is a key professional who provides direct administrative support to senior management and plays a crucial role in the efficient functioning of the management office. This role involves managing complex and confidential administrative tasks, as well as coordinating key activities to ensure the success of managerial operations.

Job Responsibilities...

  • Support to Senior Management: Provide direct administrative support to management, including managing schedules, preparing documents and presentations, and coordinating travel and meetings.
  • Communication Management: Facilitate communication between senior management, employees, and other departments, ensuring that information is transmitted in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Strategic Project Coordination: Collaborate with senior management in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Confidential Information Management: Handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly and securely, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy policies.
  • Event and Meeting Organization: Coordinate the logistics of special events, conferences, executive meetings, and client visits, ensuring that all details are handled efficiently.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Assist in the collection, analysis, and presentation of data and reports to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
  • Administrative Process Management: Oversee and improve existing administrative processes to increase efficiency and productivity within the management team.
  • Support and work closely with People and Culture on issues related to workplace safety and health. Follow up on billing for various projects.

Competencies:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand the organization's strategic vision and contribute to its achievement through efficient execution of tasks and projects.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum high school diploma; preferably a university degree in business administration.
  • Relevant work experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to executive management.
  • Advanced knowledge of office software such as SAP and information management and communication tools.
