SUMMARY:

is looking for a best-in-class Business Strategy & Operations Associate who will be critical for driving not just strategy, but implementation of key initiatives throughout the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy:

  • Identify, evaluate and help prioritize new short, medium, and longterm growth opportunities
  • Evaluate competitive landscape and develop strategy to address ongoing changes in the market

Operations:

  • Run and own large, complex cross functional projects and provide support with functionalspecific projects with functionalspecific projects.
  • Implement strategic proposals and put in place rigorous tracking and evaluation metrics

Business Performance:

  • Build analytical insights to help set and monitor performance goals in the business
  • Run business reviews to provide transparency across the executive team
  • Create a central business voice for crossfunctional needs (e.g., input to product roadmap or evolution in customer journey)

Ad hoc growth opportunities:

  • Given the speed of the organization's growth, this team will often own and build ad hoc projects related to growing the business (e.g., M&A).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record of leading and influencing executive audiences (e.g., VP and higher) on high priority initiatives
  • Proven track record of building strategy for and implementing highly crossfunctional initiatives, and measuring success in fastpaced test and learn environment
  • Top tier quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and first principle thinking
  • Ability to track and manage several projects simultaneously
  • High EQ
  • Desire to thrive in ambiguous environment as a motivated selfstarter
  • English fluency at the business level is a requirement, both in written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor's degree from a top university, ideally in mathematics, economics, finance, or similarly analytically rigorous program; MBA from top university a bonus
  • 3+ years of work experience; minimum of 1 year in management consulting, private equity, or investment banking at a top firm required
