About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy Manager to join our team at Beiersdorf S.A. (Colombia). As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels to drive business growth and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Excellence Programs: Lead and manage sales excellence programs for both channels to drive business growth.
  • TRAX Support: Support the TRAX team in driving excellence in execution and key performance indicators.
  • Agency Collaboration: Lead and manage the collaborative work of agencies to deploy key initiatives.
Requirements
  • University Degree: Hold a university degree or equivalent.
  • Strategic Thinking: Possess high-level strategic thinking skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrate high-level analytical skills.
  • Results-Driven: Be results-driven and focused on delivering business outcomes.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Possess leadership and teamwork skills to effectively manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Commercial Experience: Have 5-6 years of experience in commercial areas, including shopper, trade marketing, and sales, with a focus on indirect channels.
  • Language Skills: Possess advanced-level English language skills.
  • Data Tools: Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, Nielsen, and Kantar data tools.
