About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Culture Strategy Senior Manager to join our team at DiDi. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our global culture strategy, driving business growth, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Global Culture Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive global culture strategy that aligns with DiDi's business objectives and values.
  • Lead Culture Initiatives: Design and deliver culture initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Communications, and Business Units, to ensure seamless execution of culture initiatives.
  • Measure and Evaluate Culture Metrics: Develop and track key culture metrics to measure the effectiveness of our culture strategy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide Thought Leadership: Share best practices and thought leadership on culture and inclusion topics, both within and outside of DiDi.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of developing and implementing culture strategies.
  • Expertise in people and culture topics, with experience designing and delivering culture initiatives that drive business results.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and structure complex processes to drive results.
  • Proven people and project management skills, with experience managing multifunctional projects and teams.
  • Cultural curiosity and experience working across global cultures.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is required.
