As a pivotal member of the EUM team in Latin America, you will report directly to the EUM Lead, playing a crucial role in shaping and executing strategies that drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the EUM Lead to provide essential external insights for specific sub-End Use Markets, contributing to the strategic planning process through market analysis, growth projections, and competitive landscape assessments.
  • Deliver consumer insights that are integrated with customer and competitor data to assist the EUM Lead in the strategy formulation process.
  • Participate in strategy development sessions alongside the EUM Lead, offering constructive challenges to assumptions and priorities grounded in market intelligence.
  • Work closely with local teams, including Marketing, Sales, RD&A, and BD, to implement strategies tailored to relevant sub-End Use Markets.
  • Guide and support the Marketing, Sales, RD&A, and BD teams in maximizing the effectiveness of Kerry's Business Model.
  • Engage with Global teams through formal and informal channels, leveraging the Group's expertise while showcasing the region's insights and critical initiatives.
  • Key activities encompass the construction of Unique Value Propositions (UVP) and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for pertinent technologies, developing Business Cases for mergers and acquisitions, innovation, and investments, and leading efforts in consumer insights and competitor mapping.
  • Support activities may include participation in trade shows and customer events, serving as a Strategy expert.
  • Willingness to travel primarily within Latin America may be necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A strong enthusiasm for the Food Industry and Technology.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage B2B Marketing, Business Development, RD&A, or Sales.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering; a Master's degree in related fields is advantageous.
  • High energy, a proactive mindset, and a strong level of emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical capabilities in consumer, market, and sales data.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple details and deadlines in a matrix organization.
  • Quick adaptability to new concepts, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Strong consulting and facilitation skills, characterized by diplomacy, empathy, and collaboration.
  • Ability to anticipate and address internal and external customer and market needs.
