Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute HR Strategy: Create and implement a holistic HR strategy that aligns with the organization's business goals and objectives, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead HR Team: Manage a team of HR professionals in LATAM, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.
- Partner with Executive Leadership: Collaborate closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business goals, providing insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Drive Talent Development: Develop and implement programs to enhance individual and team capabilities, including employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Champion Diversity and Inclusion: Foster a workplace culture that values and celebrates differences, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices follow relevant labor laws and regulations, managing any potential risks.
- Drive Change Management: Support organizational transformation and growth through effective change management efforts.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously evolve HR strategies by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Provide Strategic Business Partner Support: Serve as a member of the LATAM leadership team, providing strategic business partner support and coaching to executive leaders.
- Fluent in Spanish and English: Strong language skills are essential for this role, with Portuguese language skills a plus.
- HR Experience in LATAM: Demonstrated expertise in overseeing HR operations within Latin America, coupled with active engagement in global HR collaboration across diverse geographical regions.
- Program Development and Implementation: Experience delivering programs, such as competency model development, evaluation methodology, and coaching, while balancing local and global people-related initiatives.
- Post-Acquisition Integrations: Experience with post-acquisition integrations from both a strategic and tactical perspective.
- Global Matrixed Organization: Prior success operating in a global, highly-matrixed organization.
- Strategy Team Collaboration: Expertise in working with strategy teams in a global capacity to design and manage program implementation and execution.
- Talent Strategy Development: Proven track record of creating and implementing regional talent strategies to meet ever-changing business needs in a Strategy Consulting environment.
- Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to manage sometimes-conflicting priorities of various leadership teams and initiatives while producing exceptional results.
- Agile Methodology: Comfortable working within an agile methodology, partnering with leadership in People Strategy to pilot new ways of working that are globally scalable.
- Personality and Behavioral Styles: Demonstrated understanding of personalities and behavioral styles to work collaboratively with a variety of people and make informed decisions regarding organizational design and effective relationship management.
- Commercial Acumen: Good overall understanding of company finances and ability to use this information to challenge and provide creative solutions in resource and succession planning.
- Business Orientation: Strong business orientation and demonstrated success at driving business results through people-based solutions.
