Job Title: Senior Manager Digital Strategy

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Digital Strategy to join our team at Publicis Sapient. As a key member of our digital media team, you will be responsible for driving digital media excellence across various disciplines, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, Trafficking, and Adserving.

Your Impact:

  • Drive Digital Media Excellence: Own the Digital Media capability across disciplines, ensuring operational excellence in the delivery of media solutions.
  • Strategic Consulting: Shape and deliver goal-oriented digital business transformations by providing strategic advice to clients at the early stages of their journeys.
  • Project & Client Management: Oversee complex media projects, ensuring they stay on track, within budget, and aligned with client goals.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project execution and knowledge sharing.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and strengthen client relationships by delivering professional recommendations and business updates.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, driving efficiency and enhancing the team's ability to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Media Expertise: Over 8 years of experience in media, with comprehensive knowledge of digital and traditional practices, technologies, and strategies.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple clients and capabilities while keeping projects on track.
  • Strategic Consulting: 7+ years of experience in strategy and management consulting, with a strong focus on large-scale business transformations and corporate strategy at a global scale.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse teams and clients.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to create and maintain release schedules, process flows, and diagrams.
  • Client-Focused: Skilled at building and nurturing senior client relationships, delivering value-accretive recommendations, and ensuring high-impact outcomes for clients.
  • Problem Solving & Agile: Deep problem-solving and analytical skills, with an appreciation for Agile ways of working.
  • Passion for Innovation: A keen interest in emerging technologies and a passion for staying at the forefront of media and business strategy innovation.
