We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a pivotal strategic role as the Director of People Strategy for LATAM. As a key member of the Publicis Sapient leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the organization's growth, fosters talent development, and enhances employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a holistic HR strategy that aligns with business goals, fosters talent development, and enhances employee engagement.
- Lead a team of HR professionals in LATAM, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture within the department.
- Partner closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, providing insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with global people strategy teams to design and activate local people solutions.
- Drive initiatives related to employee development, performance management, and succession planning to enhance individual and team capabilities.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering a workplace culture that values and celebrates differences.
- Ensure HR policies and practices follow relevant labor laws and regulations, managing any potential risks.
- Drive change management efforts to support organizational transformation and growth.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually evolve HR strategies.
- Provide strategic business partner support and coaching to executive leaders.
- Partner with LATAM vertical markets, Delivery Teams, stakeholders, senior leadership, and other teams to ensure support and coaching for People Managers to engage their teams, drive retention, and focus on overall team happiness.
- Train and counsel management in people processes such as promotions, compensation management, growth conversations, talent reviews, etc.
