As a key contributor to the EUM team in Latin America, you will report directly to the EUM Lead, playing a vital role in shaping and executing strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the EUM Lead to provide essential external insights for specific sub-End Use Markets, contributing to the strategic planning process through market analysis, growth projections, and competitive landscape assessments.
  • Deliver consumer insights, integrated with customer and competitor data, to support the strategy formulation process.
  • Engage in strategy-setting workshops alongside the EUM Lead, offering critical perspectives that challenge existing assumptions and priorities based on market intelligence.
  • Work closely with local teams, including Marketing, Sales, RD&A, and Business Development, to implement strategies for targeted sub-End Use Markets.
  • Guide and support the Marketing, Sales, RD&A, and Business Development teams in maximizing the effectiveness of Kerry's Business Model.
  • Foster connections with Global teams through both formal and informal channels, leveraging group expertise while showcasing regional insights and initiatives.
  • Key activities encompass the development of Unique Value Propositions (UVP) and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for relevant technologies, crafting Business Cases for mergers and acquisitions, innovation, and investments, and serving as the primary liaison for internal and external communications related to local and global campaigns.
  • Support activities such as tradeshows and customer events, providing strategic expertise.
  • Willingness to travel primarily within Latin America may be necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A strong enthusiasm for the Food Industry and Technology.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage B2B Marketing, Business Development, RD&A, or Sales.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering; a Master's degree in related fields is advantageous.
  • High energy, a proactive attitude, and a strong level of emotional intelligence and resilience, with a commitment to building trustworthy partnerships.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities in consumer, market, and sales data.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a matrix organization while maintaining high quality.
  • Quick adaptability to new concepts, technologies, markets, and methodologies.
  • Strong consulting and facilitation abilities, characterized by diplomacy, empathy, and collaboration.
  • Capacity to anticipate the needs of internal and external customers and markets.
