Liderar el desarrollo y Gestión de Cuentas Claves (IPS), en oncología,  asignados,  de acuerdo con los objetivos establecidos de la  marca, construyendo un  plan estratégico que permita  el acceso a los px   para obtener el tratamiento oportuno, siendo un actor clave,  trabajando en colaboración matricial con el IFT,   desarrollando   relaciones sólidas con los stakeholders que permitan el  cumplimiento de los objetivos  en el corto y largo plazo, siempre colocando al paciente en el centro de todos los esfuerzos,  operando dentro de AbbVie de acuerdo al Código de Conducta, políticas,  leyes y regulaciones aplicables.

Principales responsabilidades:

 

  • Realizar continuamente actividades de educación médica y/o de Historia de valor con los Stakeholders Administrativos de las IPS que permitan resolver las barreras de acceso para Oncologia.
  • Desarrollar y construir el plan de Engagement con los stakeholders tomadores de decisión en las IPS claves oncológicas.
  • Articular en conjunto con Value Proposition Manager la estrategia para adaptar y entregar a los pagadores partes interesadas, una propuesta de valor sólida y personalizada, así como información clínica y farmacoeconómica de oncologia.
  • Construir y ejecutar por cuenta el objetivo de ventas definido por la marca, (Precisión en el número).
  • Gestionar el control de los inventarios/producto en las cuentas asignadas, (devoluciones y productos con fecha de expira corta)
  • Lograr el cumplimiento de recaudo en cartera, notas crédito, saldos, de acuerdo con el objetivo asignado, en cada una de las cuentas bajo su responsabilidad.
  •  Ejecutar los acuerdos comerciales en las cuentas a cargo y garantizar el cumplimiento de estos.
  • Participar en la construcción de los account Brand plan de las claves definidas.
  • Desempeñar un rol activo con liderazgo   al interior del In Field team y Hypercere como miembro del equipo de acceso y la gestión consultiva y transaccional en las cuentas asignadas logrando impactar el suministro de pacientes.
  • Ser responsable de todos los procesos relacionados a la gestión de ventas de las IPS priorizadas, teniendo comunicación estrecha con todas las áreas (finanzas, Compras, Cartera, almacén, etc.) de los clientes con el objetivo de brindarles la mejor atención posible a fin de cubrir sus expectativas de servicio y atención logrando así relaciones comerciales sanas a largo plazo.
  • Identificar oportunidades para trabajar de manera colaborativa con los colegas cros- funcionales para lograr los objetivos de la cuenta.
  • Garantizar que los productos de oncologia esten incluidos como terapia priorizada en las IPS a cargo donde el modelo de contratación lo permita.
  • Desarrollar, implementar, ejecutar los planes para las cuentas asignadas, con objetivos y actividades claros, optimizando la financiación y el acceso en el mercado colombiano.
  • Mantener actualizado el mapa de tomadores e influenciadores de decisión en el sistema integrado clave, entendiendo sus necesidades, objetivos, criterios para incorporar nuevas tecnologías y generar alternativas terapéuticas.
  • Mantener y demostrar un dominio satisfactorio en conocimiento  del producto, la estrategia,  los conceptos farmacoeconómicos y el conocimiento del sistema de salud Colombiano.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en áreas de la salud, administrativas o afines
  • Experiencia de al menos 3 años en ventas en la industria y gestión de cuentas clave de biotecnología/farmacéutica al haber administrado varias cuentas en múltiples áreas terapéuticas.
  • Conocimiento sólido de pagadores/proveedor en el contexto local relevante, así como del proceso de toma de decisiones.
  • Experiencia en ventas dentro del sistema de salud, con productos de alto costo.
  • Manejo de Excel y PowerPoint intermedio/avanzado, herramientas que promueven la conexión virtual y adaptación a la tecnología.
