Overview and Expectations

We are on the lookout for engaging individuals who are enthusiastic and dedicated to our products and the clientele we support. The Key Account Executive will serve as the primary liaison for Consumer Retail B and Resellers, fostering enduring and mutually advantageous partnerships, with a focus on identifying the products that align with the unique requirements of each client. To excel in this role, candidates should possess outstanding communication, technological, and analytical skills, along with being resourceful, adaptable, and organized, capable of establishing strong connections with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating enduring client partnerships grounded in trust and integrity.
  • Engaging with customers to discern their requirements and articulate product benefits.
  • Collaborating with Distributors to meet 2ndTier and Retail B demands.
  • Conducting data collection and analysis to gain insights into client preferences and behaviors.
  • Compiling reports on account performance.
  • Enhancing the purchasing experience for clients.
  • Coordinating internally with various departments to ensure the fulfillment of customer needs.
  • Addressing concerns and mitigating future issues through process improvements.
  • Monitoring and forecasting key account performance indicators.
