We are looking for individuals to join our team as Mobile Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical troubleshooting and problem resolution queries over the phone. You'll also offer backend support, managing a medium to high call flow. Your responsibilities will include:
• Offering best-in-class support by addressing technical issues and resolving problems for customers over the phone.
• Clarifying requirements and probing to confirm understanding of customer needs or problems.
• Greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, following established procedures.
• Attentively listening to customer concerns and demonstrating empathy.
• Confirming that customers understand the solutions provided and offering additional education when necessary.
• Attending daily internal meetings as well as client meetings to ensure effective communication.
• Identifying issues, conducting analysis, and sharing insights with management.
Required Skills:
• College graduates, technicians or equivalent (from any stream) with preferably 0-2 years of experience in database management, SQL, and MySQL servers.
• Familiarity with tools like SOAP UI, XML, and Postman.
• Ability to identify data mismatches and run SQL queries to resolve data issues.
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Good English speaking and writing skills.
• Strong focus on first-call resolution, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to tackle challenges and go the extra mile to fulfill responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to perform well under pressure.
• Availability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Not pursuing any conflicting educational programs during work timings.
