Your role at Baxter
Support the marketing and sales strategy, guaranteeing financial viability through the development and control of the sales team's incentive plans, and guaranteeing alignment between the use of the plans and the financial results of the business. Analysis and implementation of go-to-market through territory management, visit productivity, pipeline and CRM, preparation and reporting, development and evaluation of management indicators and results.
What you'll be doing
Carry out a systematic process of collecting, analyzing, and communicating objective information on commercial performance, useful for problem-solving and decision-making.
Develop a tactical plan for reporting and analyzing territory management and its impacts on team productivity to meet goals.
Carry out control and implement CRM activities through the company's official tools, generating insights for support and business activities.
Control customer compliance and generate alarms in the business to make the corresponding adjustments focused on the negotiated goal.
Establish incentive plans aligned with market conditions and the marketing and commercial strategy.
Handle the sales quota defined for each person in the sales team, reflecting the results of the market and the business strategy.
Ensure monitoring of compliance with client productivity.
Identify potential business opportunities and risks through the productivity reports generated.
What you'll bring
Professional in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar. Preferably with a postgraduate degree in finance or marketing or a similar field.
5 years experience in similar processes. 2 years experience leading the incentive definition and settlement process.
Experience leading teams.
Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
Experience in CRM tools (SalesForce.com possible).
Knowledge of sales incentive tools.
Fluent English required.
