- Integrate all appropriate sales, market, and activity data sources to develop, maintain, and distribute business-specific dashboards at National, State, Territory, and Account levels.
- Identify and resolve any data quality issues.
- Lead engagement with all key external suppliers (IMS/Veeva /Prospection etc.) to ensure optimal support and service. Identify new data sources to enhance business decision-making.
- Provide data support for segmentation, profiling, and targeting activities across key brands.
- Support the Strategic Account Management process through the development and implementation of appropriate KPIs and tracking tools.
- Ensure the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is fit for purpose. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of activity on target customers from the CRM system.
- Ensure effective and consistent usage standards of the CRM system by all relevant staff.
- Support Field Force structure, territory alignment, and sizing projects for key inline brands
- Provide ongoing support to representatives, NSMs, and Product Managers to drive awareness and utilization of available sales and activity data and reports
- Strong performance monitoring - market environment (Private and Public) & sales force performance
- Support the BUs on brand research projects.
- Support the BUs on Marketing Excellence - Marketing / Launch Excellence process.
- Support a decision Support process: Sales Force Effectiveness, Business Insights, Analytics
- Ensure, implemented, and effectively administered are consistent with Ipsen’s corporate guidance and all regulatory, legal, ethical SOPs

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, or related areas
- Expertise in Office package
- 3+ years of experience in sales force effectiveness, data science, data analysis, analytics, business intelligence, or reporting is required
- Experience with Veeva CRM
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc.)
- Advanced/Fluent written and spoken English is essential
