- ** CRM Management and Support**:
- Oversee the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and integrity.
- Provide user support, including training and troubleshooting, to ensure smooth CRM operations.
- ** Sales Team Collaboration**:
- Assist in lead assignment, pipeline management, and order processing to facilitate smooth operations.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to address challenges and optimize workflow.
- ** Sales Training Development**:
- Contribute to the creation of sales training programs, materials, and resources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content is up-to-date and aligns with business objectives.
- ** Performance Monitoring and Feedback**:
- Monitor sales team performance against targets and objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback and insights to support continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- 3 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
- Proven analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Salesforce, or similar.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a knack for identifying process gaps and areas for improvement.
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems and understanding of CRM best practices.
- Knowledge of various sales methodologies and key performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (preferred).
