Responsabilidades
What you’ll do as Client Loyalty Associate?
Support our telecommunications commercial account. Provide excellent service by being a good listener and having commercial skills attracting and persuading. Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively. Aim to resolve interactions on a first contact by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
Requisitos
Who are you?
An intermediate-advanced English speaker who’s empathetic, responsible, and proactive. An interaction expert with a commercial profile. A good listener who likes helping others by recognizing customer needs.Enjoy:
A salary of $2’300.000 Performance Bonuses ($550,000 up to 100% and can be increased without limit.) Gift card: $150.000 Adherence bonus: $300.000 42 hours per week - 2 days off (one of them is Sunday).
