Role Responsibilities

This position is ideal for a driven professional with a background in Law, Business, Compliance, or Risk Management, eager to excel in a rapidly expanding company within the information services sector.

The Client Protection function is vital to Dialectica, ensuring our clients can access our unique knowledge resources securely and compliantly.

As a Senior Associate in Client Protection (Legal & Compliance), your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the monitoring of ongoing projects to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Advising the organization and implementing effective plans across all areas of responsibility.
  • Collaborating with account leaders and corporate functions to establish compliance objectives and requirements, providing compliance analysis and guidance.
  • Engaging with clients, including in-house legal counsel and compliance officers, and leading compliance discussions.
  • Assessing training needs and organizing the development and delivery of training programs for team members.
  • Escalating compliance-related concerns to senior management, gathering feedback from key stakeholders while considering business needs.
  • Designing compliance and legal strategies and initiatives to cultivate a culture of compliance and operational excellence.
  • Ensuring the team operates effectively to meet compliance and legal objectives, while coaching and inspiring team members.
  • Promoting compliance best practices within the team.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Business, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in relevant fields such as risk management, law, or compliance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive approach with a keen attention to detail and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Commitment to enhancing internal quality standards.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus).
  • Competent in using MS Office and Google Suite.
