This position is ideal for a driven individual with a background in Law, Business, Compliance, or Risk Management, eager to excel in a rapidly expanding firm within the high-growth information services sector.

The Client Protection function is essential to Dialectica, ensuring that our clients can securely and compliantly access our unique knowledge resources.

The Client Protection Team undertakes various challenging responsibilities, including project monitoring, policy formulation, training, product development, and risk evaluation. As a Senior Associate in Client Protection (Legal & Compliance), you will:

  • Oversee the monitoring of ongoing projects to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Provide guidance to the organization and implement suitable plans across all areas of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with account leaders and corporate functions to establish compliance objectives and requirements, offering compliance analysis and advice.
  • Engage with clients, including in-house legal counsel and compliance officers, leading compliance discussions.
  • Assess training needs and organize the development and execution of training programs for the Client Protection Team.
  • Elevate compliance-related concerns to Senior Management, gathering feedback from senior stakeholders while considering business needs.
  • Design compliance and legal strategies and initiatives, fostering a culture of compliance and legal awareness.
  • Ensure the team operates effectively to achieve compliance and legal objectives, inspiring and facilitating communication between management and team members.
  • Promote compliance and legal best practices within the team.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate and Master's degrees in Business, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in risk management, law, or compliance is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • High professional ethics and integrity with a focus on detail.
  • Commitment to enhancing internal quality standards.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
