Role Overview
This position is ideal for a driven individual with a background in Law, Business, Compliance, or Risk Management, eager to excel in a rapidly expanding company within the high-growth information services sector.
The Client Protection function is a vital compliance role at Dialectica, focused on ensuring that our clients can securely and compliantly access our unique knowledge resources.
The Client Protection Team undertakes various challenging responsibilities, including monitoring ongoing projects, drafting policies, providing training, developing products, and conducting risk assessments. As a Senior Associate in Client Protection (Legal & Compliance), you will facilitate client inquiries, update and draft new policies, oversee their implementation, and ensure that Dialectica's employees across all locations contribute to creating a safe and compliant environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the oversight of active projects to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Advise the organization and implement suitable plans across all areas of responsibility.
- Collaborate with heads of assigned accounts and corporate functions to establish compliance objectives and requirements, providing compliance analysis and guidance.
- Engage with clients, including in-house counsel and compliance officers, and lead compliance discussions.
- Identify training needs and organize the development and execution of training programs for CST and CP team members.
- Escalate compliance-related issues to Senior Management; gather feedback from senior stakeholders and provide insights considering business needs.
- Design compliance and/or legal strategies and initiatives, fostering a culture and operational model of compliance and legal effectiveness.
- Ensure the team operates efficiently to meet compliance and/or legal organizational objectives. Mentor, inspire, and establish communication channels between management and the team.
- Promote compliance and/or legal best practices within the team.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate and Master's degrees in Business, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in relevant fields such as risk management, law, or compliance is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and listening skills.
- Proactive approach, combining attention to detail with strategic thinking.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional ethics and integrity with a keen eye for detail.
- Commitment to enhancing internal quality standards.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
