Role Responsibilities
As an Associate within the Client Service Team, you will serve as a knowledge intermediary between our clients and industry specialists. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with clients to identify their knowledge gaps and connect them with experts possessing the most relevant expertise to address their inquiries.
Your tasks will involve critical thinking and rapid research into various industries and companies, ensuring that you identify the most suitable experts to meet our clients' needs. You will engage with potential experts through phone and email outreach to evaluate their qualifications before facilitating connections with our clients. Handling multiple client projects simultaneously will enable you to develop essential skills in sales, time management, prioritization, negotiation, and professional communication.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing client project briefs to identify knowledge gaps and conducting thorough industry and company research to pinpoint the most relevant experts.
- Utilizing various outreach methods, including phone, LinkedIn, and email, to connect with potential experts.
- Rigorously screening experts for their relevance and suitability to address client needs, with a strong emphasis on quality.

Candidate Profile
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- 0-3 years of professional experience.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
