This role is ideal for a driven individual with a background in Law, Business, Compliance, or Risk Management, eager to thrive in a rapidly expanding company within the high-growth information services sector.
The Client Protection function is essential at Dialectica, ensuring that our clients can securely and compliantly access our unique knowledge resources.
The Client Protection Team undertakes various critical tasks, including project monitoring, policy formulation, training, product development, and risk evaluation. As a Senior Associate in Client Protection (Legal & Compliance), you will:
- Oversee the monitoring of ongoing projects to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Provide guidance to the organization and implement effective strategies for all areas of responsibility.
- Collaborate with account leaders and corporate functions to establish compliance objectives and requirements, offering compliance analysis and advice.
- Engage with clients, including in-house legal counsel and compliance officers, leading compliance discussions.
- Assess training needs and coordinate the development and execution of training programs for the Client Protection Team.
- Elevate compliance-related concerns to Senior Management, gathering insights from senior stakeholders while considering business needs.
- Develop compliance and legal strategies and initiatives, fostering a culture of compliance and operational excellence.
- Ensure the team operates effectively to achieve compliance and legal objectives, inspiring and facilitating communication between management and team members.
- Promote compliance best practices within the team.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate and Master's Degrees in Business, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in risk management, law, or compliance is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening abilities.
- Proactive mindset, combining attention to detail with strategic thinking.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Professional ethics and integrity, with a keen eye for detail.
- Commitment to enhancing internal quality standards.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
