Role Description
As an Associate within the Client Service Team, you will serve as a vital link between our clients and industry experts. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with clients to identify their knowledge gaps and pinpoint experts who possess the most relevant expertise to address these needs. One day, you may connect a private equity firm with specialists to gain insights into the sub-Saharan African telecommunications sector, while the next day, you could assist a strategy consultancy in evaluating the growth potential of solar energy in the Middle East.
You will be required to think critically and swiftly, conducting comprehensive research into various industries and companies to identify the most suitable experts. Your role will involve reaching out to potential experts via phone and email to assess their qualifications before facilitating connections with our clients. You will manage multiple client projects simultaneously, honing essential skills in sales, time management, prioritization, negotiation, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client project briefs to identify knowledge gaps and perform high-level research to locate the most relevant experts.
- Utilize various outreach methods, including phone, LinkedIn, and email, to connect with potential experts.
- Rigorously evaluate experts for their relevance and suitability to meet client needs, emphasizing quality in all interactions.
