Role Summary
As an Associate in the Client Service Team, you will serve as a vital link between our clients and industry specialists. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with clients to identify their knowledge gaps and connect them with experts possessing the relevant experience and insights. One day, you may facilitate connections for a private equity firm exploring the sub-Saharan African telecommunications landscape, while the next day, you could assist a strategy consultancy analyzing the growth potential of solar energy in the Middle East.

You will be required to think critically and swiftly, conducting comprehensive research into various industries and organizations to pinpoint the most suitable experts. A significant portion of your time will involve outreach to potential experts via phone and email to evaluate their qualifications before linking them with our clients. Managing multiple client projects simultaneously will help you cultivate essential skills in sales, time management, prioritization, negotiation, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client project briefs to identify knowledge gaps and perform high-level research to find the most relevant experts.
  • Engage with experts through phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
  • Assess experts for their relevance and suitability to meet client needs, emphasizing quality in your evaluations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for Dialectica will possess:

  • 0-3 years of professional experience.
