As a Senior Sales Development Representative at Growth Era, you will be a key player in driving our clients’ success by managing and optimizing outreach efforts.

Your responsibilities :

  • Generate leads by engaging prospective buyers via cold call, cold email and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings.
  • Identify the needs of prospective buyers.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospective buyers to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings between prospects and our clients.
  • Be accountable for weekly, monthly and quarterly results.
  • Maintain accurate and timely notes of all lead interactions within the CRM application.
  • Participate in weekly coaching and development meetings.

Qualifications :

  • Have 2+ years in a high velocity sales environment as a top performing SDR / BDR.
  • Have high proficiency in English within a business environment.
  • Have been successful working for a U.S. based Tech company selling into U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling.
  • Experience with CRM and SEP software.
  • Proficient with MS Outlook / G Suite.

What we offer :

  • $1,600 - $2,000 monthly base salary with a strong performance-driven bonus plan, targeting total annual earnings of $34K.
