**Sales Development Representative**
Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m - 7:00 p.m EST (8:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m CST)
**On site**
Cities: Medellín, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Cali, Córdoba (Argentina), Chihuahua (México), Guatemala City/Honduras.
**Responsibilities**
- Set appointments and follow up on inbound leads
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
- Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year experience in sales or real estate
- Knowledge of the financing/real estate purchase process in the US.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese - plus)
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a client focus.
- Adaptability and solution oriented.
- Highly self-motivated and passionate.
- Knowledge in CRM is necessary, better if is HubSpot experience.
