Posición: Sales Development Representative
Funciones:
Se pueden asignar otras tareas a exclusivo criterio de la gerencia. **Utilizar los sistemas de la empresa para crear transferencias en vivo y citas exitosas con nuestros clientes potenciales internos ** Comunicar nuestros servicios de manera efectiva y profesional **Aprender, implementar y desarrollar sólidos métodos de ventas y refutaciones ** Aprenda los conceptos básicos de Medicare y los productos de seguros que representamos **Recibir e implementar comentarios y entrenamiento para una mejora inmediata ** Capacidad para construir una buena relación y mantener al cliente involucrado en la conversación de ventas **Adherirse a todo el cumplimiento de CMS por teléfono/correo electrónico ** Proyectos de llamadas salientes/entrantes **Transfiere clientes potenciales viables al equipo de ventas de My Senior Health Plan Inc. ** Completa una ingesta ligera de datos de prospectos y clientes, se realizan entre 200 y 250 llamadas por dia con una lista de clientes potenciales. Atender llamadas entrantes.
Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 11am a 8pm
Requerimientos: Inglés B2-C1, Experiência en health Insurance (preferiblemente)
Ciudades: Bogotá, Medellín, cali, barranquilla, Bucaramanga.
