**Sales Development Representative**

**The Otte Polo Group is a dynamic business group with a global footprint in the U.S., Ukraine, Nicaragua, and Peru. Our diverse operations span the tech support, call center, and fulfillment industries, and our brands include Geeks on Site, Responsive Answering Service, and Phase V Fulfillment.**

**Your role will involve multiple communication strategies to engage with businesses effectively and drive results. You will be essential in growing our network and enhancing client relationships through various platforms.**

**Sales Development Representative responsibilities include**:

- Identify and qualify leads and present our services compellingly.
- Calling prospective clients
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services

**Job brief**

The responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative include interacting with interested prospects and arranging meetings with our sales representatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Qualifying leads as sales opportunities
- Presenting our company to potential clients
- Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services
- Schedule consultations between the prospective client and a Sales Representative
- Keep a detailed log of calls
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, sales, B2B, Sales Development Representative, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Experience with CRM software
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette
- A professional and courteous disposition
- Persuasive and results-oriented
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Native Level English spoken and written required

Base salary USD $700 - $900

uncapped commissions

Signing bonus available

Schedule: M-F - Business hours
