**About Coati Commercial Cleaning**:
Coati Commercial Cleaning, a leading provider of commercial cleaning services in the Central Valley, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Outside Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by initiating contact with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored-fit proposals to meet their requirements. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for a motivated individual who can excel in a fast-paced sales environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Qualify prospects within the assigned sales territory and develop a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and current clients to discuss their cleaning requirements and provide product and service demonstrations.
- Deliver outstanding consultative sales experiences to move prospects through the sales process efficiently.
- Negotiate sales contracts with potential and existing customers to secure new business and maintain strong relationships.
- Keep sales and client databases updated with current information.
- Conduct cold calling to qualify prospects and develop a consistent sales pipeline
- Prepare sales bids/proposals, follow up on previous presentations, and input lead information/updates in the CRM
- Keep management informed of scheduled appointments
- Attend sales meetings as required to stay up-to-date on industry developments
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in Commercial Cleaning, Pest Control, Alarm Sales, B2B or other service based sales roles.
- Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency to close on contracts
- Proven track record of outside sales experience.
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Hubspot.
- Strong negotiation, upselling, sales planning, and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable Transportation and Cell Phone
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
