Solutions Sales Associate

Apoyar al equipo comercial en el desarrollo del negocio con los diferentes canales, generando propuestas de valor y contribuyendo con la elaboración de ofertas, validación de información, seguimiento de pedidos y atención al cliente con el fin de garantizar una potencial compra de productos.
**Responsabilidad
- Apoyar en la elaboración y envío de cotizaciones u órdenes de compras.
- Atención al cliente.
- Soporte al equipo comercial en la generación de leads y consecución de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Apoyo ocasional en la gestión de las renovaciones.
**Acciones**
- Contacto con el cliente y el vendor para la gestión administrativa del envío de la orden de compra y cotizaciones.
- Envío proactivo de cotizaciones y seguimiento de las ordenes de compras y actualización de sistemas con esta información.
- Atención y resolución de consultas a los canales. Escalar cualquier solicitud del canal al equipo comercial.
- Contacto con clientes potenciales y seguimiento del ciclo de la venta con las cuentas asignadas.
- Envío de cotizaciones y órdenes de compra al canal y asesoría en consultas relacionadas a las renovaciones.
**Requisitos**
- Formacion academica Técnico o profesional en carreras administrativas o afines
- Años de experiência : Mínimo 1 año
- Área de experiência deseable : Auxiliar de ventas, inside sales, analista de distribución comercial
