Lemonk Studio, a visionary agency in digital design and development solutions, is looking for a talented Sales Success Associate. We are a full-stack company specializing in eLearning and SaaS solutions, and we're seeking a dedicated Sales Success Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for searching, filtering, creating, and completing proposals for potential clients in the Upwork platform, according to our company's guidelines, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and solutions that exceed their expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling and professional proposals for potential clients based on company guidelines and templates.
- Collaborate with our design and development leaders to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all proposals to showcase our company's capabilities and expertise.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Track proposal progress and follow up with clients as needed to answer questions or provide additional information.
- Report to the Client Success Manager and work collaboratively until deal closure.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in client success, proposal writing, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with design and development processes, especially in the eLearning industry, is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.

Technical Skills Required:

- Demonstrable experience using digital team management platforms, especially Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet.
- Experience using the UpWork (Plus) digital platform.
- Experience using ChatGPT.
- English Level: Intermediate/Advanced
- Ability to work with remote teams in a telecommuting environment, using tools and technologies to facilitate collaboration and productivity.

- Understanding and addressing clients' needs and concerns with compassion and understanding.
- Capability to analyze issues, propose solutions, and troubleshoot challenges to ensure client satisfaction.

- Paying close attention to details in proposals, communications, and client interactions to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Putting clients' needs first, striving to exceed expectations, and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Maintaining a positive outlook, resilience in facing challenges, and representing the company's values professionally.
