**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and present Tradify's product with the goal of achieving set sales targets
- Utilize the CRM software to document customer interactions and sales progress
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services in order to effectively communicate and sell them to prospective clients

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a call center sales role, with exceptional telephone sales skills and experience with high-volume outbound calls
- An understanding of sales processes and a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using CRM software to assist in managing the sales funnel
- High school diploma
- Ability to work onsite.
- Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule - availability during weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Good performance records with previous employment.
