Avigilon, a Motorola Solutions company, designs, develops, and manufactures video analytics, network video management software and hardware, surveillance cameras, and access control solutions. **Responsibilities**:
1. Team Leadership: Inspire a high-performing inside sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture that promotes teamwork and individual growth.
2. Training and Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs that ensure our team is equipped with the latest product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends. Focus on training areas to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
3. Content Creation: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create impactful sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials that align with our sales strategy and messaging.
4. Technology Integration: Implement and optimize sales enablement technologies, such as CRM systems, communication tools, and learning platforms, to enhance productivity and effectiveness in training initiatives.
5. Performance Analysis: Utilize data and metrics to assess the impact of enablement initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly to drive continuous growth in training outcomes.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business objectives, fostering a collaborative approach to drive success, particularly in training areas.
- Proven experience in a sales enablement role, with a track record of driving sales team success is desired.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales enablement technologies to support and optimize sales processes
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement, specifically in training outcomes.
- Travel requirement: up to 10%
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Fluency in portuguese will be a plus
- Experience using Salesforce

**Basic Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience on training and development. Will be a plus previous experience in inside sales, demonstrating proficiency in sales enablement practices and techniques.
