A Solution Sales is responsible for promoting and selling Software and Services portfolio of Thales to Mobile Network Operators by identifying customer needs, designing solutions and building technical and commercial proposals. He is responsible for sales targets in both top and bottom line, igniting ecosystems (customer, partners, OEM), resources orchestration and prioritization while representing the company in front of the customer.

**Main Activities**:
Build technical and commercial proposals of Software and Services to Mobile Network Operators promoting value proposition.
- identifying Personnas and setting up sales strategy for long term relationships.
- He/She is responsible for sales targets in both top and bottom line, igniting ecosystems (customer, partners, OEM), resources orchestration and prioritization while representing the company in front of the customer
- Ensure that Thales is recognized as solutions and services provider.

**Requirements**:

- Available to make frequent travels.
- Creative Intelligence: ability to compile internal data from heterogeneous sources (design, conceptualization).
- Negotiation: Strong Sales Skills with proven experience in the IT Market.
- Interpersonal Skills (a lot of interaction with different related entities)
- Committed to tense and heavy workload and negotiations in the front line.
- Knowledge of the legal aspects in Software and Services arena.
- Global Technical view: Software architecture/hardware dimensioning/Software developing process/Analytics/BigData/Fraud Prevention/Cybersecurity basics
- Leadership, Customer oriented, Teamwork, Work under pressure, Management of Conflicts, Decision Making, Flexibility, Initiative and Innovation.
