Job Summary
Citi seeks a skilled Customer Service Analyst to provide top-notch support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a single point of contact for internal partners and external clients, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Conduct thorough analyses to address client needs, providing timely and efficient solutions.
- Develop and maintain client portfolios through regular communication and face-to-face interaction.
- Communicate resolutions to clients, keeping them informed of progress and outcomes.
- Assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating sound judgment and consideration for the firm's reputation.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a financial institution.
- Excellent computer proficiency and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven investigative and analytical skills, with the ability to present complex concepts and influence change.
- Ability to work under limited supervision within a team environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
