Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and Nurture Client Relationships

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback.
  • Drive Revenue Growth and Expansion
  • Own revenue, profit/loss, and growth objectives for assigned client accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals, maximizing the value of SoftwareOne's offerings to clients.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with Operations Managers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.

Monitor Solution Delivery and Identify Areas for Improvement

  • Monitor the progress of solution delivery, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Proactively identify and address any roadblocks or challenges that may arise during implementation.

Utilize SoftwareOne's Resources Effectively

  • Use SoftwareOne's resources effectively to address client queries, solve problems, and deliver value-added services.
  • Engage with technical experts, consultants, and other relevant teams as needed to support client requirements.

Track Performance Metrics and Prepare Reports

  • Track key performance metrics related to revenue, client satisfaction, and account growth.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Experience in:
    • Prospecting and Relationship Development:
      • Demonstrated experience in strategic prospecting techniques and building strong relationships with prospects and clients.
    • Strong Verbal Communication and Negotiation:
      • Exceptional verbal communication skills, proficient in negotiation tactics, and comfortable in presenting proposals.
    • Understanding of Sales and Delivery Process:
      • Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end sales process, including CRM tools utilization and collaboration with internal teams.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • AWS, GCP, and/or Microsoft certifications.
  • Industry/Market Awareness:
    • In-depth understanding of the software industry landscape, leveraging insights to identify market opportunities and tailor solutions.
  • Business Problem Solving via Technology:
    • Proven aptitude for understanding complex business challenges and proposing innovative software-based solutions.
  • Continuous Learning Orientation:
    • Proactive in staying updated on industry developments, committed to ongoing professional development.
