Job Title: LATAM Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented LATAM Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team at Somewhere. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Sales Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Sales Manager's inbox and ensure timely response to critical emails.
  • Prepare and finalize sales quotes, contracts, and other client-facing documents with 100% accuracy.
  • Maintain and update CRM data regularly, achieving a 98%+ accuracy rate.
  • Proactively track and monitor the sales pipeline, supporting the Sales Manager in achieving the annual sales growth target.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to increase team efficiency.
  • Coordinate conferences, events, and logistics, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of materials.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to other Account Managers as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of producing error-free work and maintaining high levels of organization.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and project management tools.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
