About the Role

As a Sales Specialist at HubSpot, you will play a critical role in helping our customers grow their businesses by providing expert guidance and support. This is a quota-carrying sales organization that is compensated based on monthly performance.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales and channel reps to drive business growth and customer success.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of HubSpot's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.
  • Experience working in a complex selling or customer-facing environment.
  • Comfortable presenting to drive business change.
  • Effectively collaborates with team members and sales reps to address customer needs and drive sales.
  • Goal-orientated with a track record of overachieving on targets/KPIs.
