Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist at HubSpot, you will play a critical role in helping our customers grow their businesses by providing expert guidance and support. This is a quota-carrying sales organization that is compensated based on monthly performance.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales and channel reps to drive business growth and customer success.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of HubSpot's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.
- Experience working in a complex selling or customer-facing environment.
- Comfortable presenting to drive business change.
- Effectively collaborates with team members and sales reps to address customer needs and drive sales.
- Goal-orientated with a track record of overachieving on targets/KPIs.
