Job Title: Field Sales Operations Lead - LATAM

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data analysis and sales operations? Do you have experience working with CRM tools and developing business processes? We are seeking a Field Sales Operations Lead to join our team in LATAM.

About the Role:
  • Evaluate and research various data sets to provide deep insights into sales performance.
  • Generate ad hoc and recurring business analysis reports to support sales teams.
  • Develop and implement systems/tools to improve sales processes and procedures.
  • Manage monthly forecast and other financial models to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Provide recommendations through data retrieval and analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, and Salesforce automation.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership.
