About the Role

Synergy ECP is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide 24x7 Help Desk support, troubleshooting IT-related problems, and ensuring seamless operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide phone and in-person support to users in the areas of email, LAN/WAN, directories, standard desktop images, and applications
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting all IT-related problems, including hardware, software, passwords, and printer issues

Requirements

  • Three years of Help Desk experience with a Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Technical, or Math-related field
  • Five years with an Associate's Degree or seven years' experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree
