About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager III. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling TE's products and services to customers in assigned geographic territories or accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and meet sales forecasts and key metrics.
  • To develop and understand the position of customers in the market, their products, points of difference, and competitive landscape.
  • To know and develop all actors of renewable projects: owners, investors, developers, regulators, contractors.
  • To generate demand by identifying opportunities within assigned territories, specifying TE products, and conducting trainings, technical presentations, and seminars.
  • To establish and build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • To prepare commercial bids/tenders, negotiate contracts, and close agreements maximizing profits.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or BA/BS in Sales/Marketing Management.
  • Foreign language proficiency in English.
  • Capable of giving technical and sales presentations, with excellent communication, sales acumen, and negotiation skills.
  • Solid experience as a Sales Account Manager or Engineer, with proven work experience managing key accounts and selling electrical products in distribution channels and renewable markets.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce software and industry trends.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.

Travel Requirements

This role requires 50% to 75% travel, both domestically and internationally, to visit customers and attend industry events.
