Sales Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in connecting potential customers with our innovative solar solutions. With a focus on building strong relationships and driving revenue growth, this position offers a unique opportunity for professional development and career advancement.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, with a talent for persuasive dialogue and negotiation. Experience in call center, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles is required, along with proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Go High Level. A basic understanding of solar energy concepts is essential, although comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided lead lists, utilizing your persuasive communication skills to generate leads and set quality appointments.
- Handle inbound inquiries about solar energy solutions professionally and efficiently, providing accurate information and addressing customer concerns.
- Engage prospects using a provided script while maintaining natural conversation flow, effectively overcoming objections and educating potential customers on the benefits of solar energy.
- Qualify leads by gathering key information on energy usage and property details, ensuring accurate records in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to conduct in-home consultations, meeting or exceeding daily and weekly appointment setting targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Go High Level) for all customer interactions, ensuring seamless data entry and efficient reporting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a talent for persuasive dialogue and negotiation.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Previous experience in call center, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles required.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level.
- Basic understanding of solar energy concepts.
- Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office space for remote work.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) on a Monday to Friday schedule.
- Passion for renewable energy and environmental sustainability.
- Experience in the solar industry is highly preferred.
- $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
