Position Requirements

Business Skills Requirements:
- Design and develop compelling datacom technical and commercial proposals.
- Lead the RFP designing and bidding process, ensuring SoC answering excellence.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms effectively.
- Develop marketing insights and analyze marketing and carrier strategies.
- Foster strong customer relationships through relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office software, including Excel, PPT, and Word.

Professional Knowledge Requirement:
- Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is a minimum requirement.
- Postgraduate studies are advantageous.

Work Experience:
- Presales experience is necessary.
- Product management experience is preferred.
