Job DescriptionWe seek an exceptional leader and sales strategist to helm our sales team of five Leasing Consultants. The ideal candidate should possess:
- Outstanding sales prowess, with high energy and motivational expertise
- Experience mentoring salespeople in strategies, including performance monitoring and feedback
The successful candidate will:
- Lead a team of five Leasing Consultants
- Monitor sales messaging and activity in our sales software
- Motivate team members to meet quotas
- Provide feedback and review individual team performance
- Measure and implement sales strategy best practices
- Develop sales strategy materials and guides
- Ensure team harmony and morale through regular team-building events
Candidates should have:
- 2+ years of remote sales experience with complex sales processes (real estate preferred)
- Proven ability to execute and teach personalized sales approaches
- Leadership and mentoring experience (highly preferred)
