Job Description

As a Sales Growth Strategist within the SMB segment, you will be responsible for guiding founders, Sales, and Operations professionals through their evaluation of Apollo's all-in-one Sales platform. You will also provide consultative guidance to help these businesses develop their pipeline generation strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the full deal cycle from lead to close across discovery, product demonstrations, trials, pricing negotiation, and closing
  • Working with a variety of global clients ranging from solo founders to small Sales teams and agencies/resellers across a wide range of industries
  • Driving urgency in deals by setting next steps and identifying compelling events
  • Maintaining strong Salesforce hygiene and process adherence on a regular basis
  • Developing 3x pipeline coverage towards monthly quota and providing accurate weekly revenue forecasts to Sales management

We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of total work experience, preferably in startup and/or SaaS environments. A background in sales, including experience in a full cycle closing role (B2B SaaS closing experience preferred), is essential. You should be able to communicate, present to, and influence key stakeholders across both technical and non-technical roles.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly and look for smarter, better ways to achieve goals. Coaching is highly valued, and we encourage continuous learning and self-improvement.
