Job Summary

The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, hiring, and onboarding a team of Inbound SDRs, establishing best practices for outbound prospecting and handling Inbound leads, and providing day-to-day coaching and professional development to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management
    • Identify, hire, and onboard a team of Inbound SDRs.
    • Establish best practices for outbound prospecting and handling Inbound leads.
    • Track and communicate weekly goals to the team to drive consistent performance.
  • Coaching and Development
    • Provide day-to-day coaching & professional development, including team meetings, weekly 1:1 meetings, and call coaching sessions.
    • Provide accurate forecasts to the sales organization and executive management team.
  • Performance Analysis
    • Meet deadlines by prioritizing tasks and planning ahead.
    • Build effective relationships with the Sales team and be able to communicate constructively with SDR Leadership and peers.
    • Creative and solution-focused (capable of implementing strategies to reach goals).
    • Performance analysis (identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization).

Requirements

  • Consistent track record for running a metric-driven business with proven results.
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience or equivalent management experience.
  • Excellent leader and coach. Ability to hire, train, motivate, and lead day-to-day results for your team.
  • Proven Track Record with managing highly effective sales professionals.
  • Highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism.
  • Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills.
  • Working knowledge of is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
