The OpportunityWe're excited to offer an Associate - Support Analyst (On Site) position based in Bogotá, Colombia. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range: **$550,000 - $650,000 COP per year**, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective solutions to user requests
- Lead and resolve incidents and requests from different areas of the operation
- Perform machine preparation processes for new hires
- Coordinate and execute equipment relocation within the organization
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience as a Technician/Technologist/Professional in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance at hardware and software levels (printers, VPN, and technical diagnostics)
- Setup and preparation of machines
- Application installation
- Equipment relocation management and preparation
- User offboarding management
- Experience with management tools, equipment support, and incident management
