The Opportunity

We're excited to offer an Associate - Support Analyst (On Site) position based in Bogotá, Colombia. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range: **$550,000 - $650,000 COP per year**, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to user requests
  • Lead and resolve incidents and requests from different areas of the operation
  • Perform machine preparation processes for new hires
  • Coordinate and execute equipment relocation within the organization
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience as a Technician/Technologist/Professional in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
  • Knowledge of equipment maintenance at hardware and software levels (printers, VPN, and technical diagnostics)
  • Setup and preparation of machines
  • Application installation
  • Equipment relocation management and preparation
  • User offboarding management
  • Experience with management tools, equipment support, and incident management
