At NielsenIQ, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Application Support Analyst to join our Label Insight team.

Company Overview

We are part of the Brandbank division of NielsenIQ, playing a crucial role in digitising, enhancing, and distributing data to clients and the wider NielsenIQ business. Our clients rely on us for innovative solutions and growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide dedicated technical support for the Nielsen Label Insight IT Service, internal applications, and ensure users can fulfill their duties efficiently. This is a technical role with elements of customer service, project support, and problem analysis.

  • Provide professional technical application support, customer-facing applications, and services, as well as desktop applications.
  • Evaluate and resolve complex application problems in conjunction with users and external suppliers.
  • Manage application configuration, scripting, and new user administration as required.
Key Requirements

We are seeking someone with:

  • Experience in working within a service desk environment.
  • A proven track record of supporting proprietary applications in commercial environments.
  • An analytical approach to information gathering and fault diagnosis.
  • Excellent face-to-face customer service experience.
  • Polite and positive attitude, willing to put in effort to achieve business goals.
